“NCIS” Season 14 Episode 7: Return of a Dinozzo widely expected

It was reported that the leave-taking of Tony DiNozzo Jr., played by Michael Weatherly, in "NCIS" Season 14 had caused the ratings to drop. Weatherly left the show because he has his own show "Bull" in the same network.

Reports have hinted that Episode 7 of of "NCIS" Season 14 will see the return of DiNozzo. It was later cleared that DiNozzo Sr. (Robert Wagner) will be returning to the show and not the son. Updates about Tony DiNozzo is expected in this episode as his father, steps in and will try to have his son's luxurious apartment rented, said Christian Today.

Tony DiNozzo Sr. was last seen in Season 13 of "NCIS" trying to comfort his son over the death of Ziva David (Cote de Pablo). DiNozzo Jr. left to take care of her daughter, Talia, with David.

In the episode's trailer, DiNozzo Sr. is seen to offer his son's apartment to the other members of "NCIS" family. Abby (Pauley Perrette), Bishop (Emily Wickersham) and McGee (Sean Murray) seems to be very interested with the offer.

"NCIS" Season 14 episode 7 was first set to release on Tuesday, November 1. Cartermatt had reported that the show's air date was moved because The World Series was extended to six games. It can be safely assumed that the network does not want to compete with the world's biggest sports event given the earlier reports of its declining ratings.

Episode 7 of "NCIS" Season 14 is titled "Home of the Brave". The new member of the team Torres (Wilmer Valderama) will break protocol to help a witness that is wanted by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, who he thinks is being mistreated. The witness has said to be "in the wrong at the wrong time".
