The Real Housewives of Atlanta wrapped up the season, with the final installment of the three-part reunion Sunday, April 21. Housewife, soon to be ex wife, Porsha is in the midst of a public divorce from former NFL quarterback husband, Kordell Stewart. At the reunion, Porsha spoke out about her divorce and the support she is receiving from the RHOA cast.
Porsha told Bravo host Andy Cohen, "I'm doing all right." "I'm blessed. I'm good. I'm here, I'm standing and I'm just being strong right now."
As the questions regarding her divorce and well being went on Porsha revealed that she is still living with Kordell, despite finding out about her divorce on Twitter, and him petitioning for no spousal support.
"I thought, 'this is just a crazy joke!'" Porsha said about reading of her divorce on Twitter. According to Hollywood Life, Kordell was in the other room when she read the news.
"I asked my husband ... had he filed, and just a long story short, I felt very disappointed and let down," she told Andy. "When I got married, I meant it for life. ... I was heartbroken."
Regarding her current living situation, Porsha did not go into detail, but she said, "It's a difficult situation right now. It's something I did not want at all."
Porsha maintained that she was blindsided and that wanted to marry for life. Divorce from her husband former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kordell "Slash" Stewart was not an option.
"What you saw on the reunion was a wife trying her last try," she said. "When you've made a vow to that man and that child in your home, you owe him that. ... It was a betrayal I suffered from, and that's something I'll have to move on with."
Although Porsha is going through a rough patch, it appears as though her Real Housewives of Atlanta cast members, have been very supportive; Ne Ne in particular. Ne Ne arranged for Porsha to use the same divorce lawyer she retained for her divorce from soon to be husband Greg Leakes.
