Jessica Sanchez 'Glee': Official Set Photos Show 'American Idol' Alum As Frida Romero [PHOTOS]

As Jessica Sanchez's Glee appearances edge closer, we keep getting more and more info about the American Idol standout's role in the show. First, we learned that the "Me, You & The Music" singer would appear on the final two episodes beginning just before her new album drops on April 30. Then, we learned her character would be Frida Romero, a "legendary diva" from rival club HoosierDaddies. Now, we have official photos of Sanchez's first Glee appearance.

The photos show Jessica belting it out behind a piano. Check them out below:

Previously, the only photos and Glee news we had to go on came from Sanchez herself. Recently, she Instagrammed a pic of herself and Glee cast member Darren Criss.

Sanchez's stint on Glee will start on April 25 ("Lights Out") and end with the season finale on May 9. She will reportedly sing "Clarity" by DJ Zedd and an as yet unnamed song from an X Factor winner.

Unfortunately, her run will only last two episodes. Showrunner Ryan Murphy has admitted he wishes it was more.

"Well, when you have a voice like that, we wanted her to be in every episode this year. But she couldn't because of the tour. She is doing an album so we worked it out that she will probably do two or three episodes so that will probably be 16, 17, 18 when we get into the regionals competition," Murphy told the Manila Bulletin.

"I would imagine she is going to be the big voice star of another competing choir who gives them a run for their money," Murphy added.

Squeezed in between her first Glee appearance and the debut of "Me, You & The Music", Sanchez will present at the Radio Disney Music Awards alongside Jason Derulo.
(But don't get too excited, blujays. It doesn't seem like
Sanchez will perform "Tonight" or any other songs at the event.)
