Kanye West Outpatient Care: Kim Worried About KIds' Safety and Takes Them Away from Their Dad

Kanye West has been discharged from the UCLA Medical Center a few days ago and was reported to be home with his wife and family. But there are reports from an insider saying that this is not the case.

Apparently, Kanye may be home but is still getting outpatient treatment and wife Kim Kardashian thinks that it is dangerous for her kids North and Saint to be around. Although she has been supportive of her husband while in the hospital, she took her kids away because she is worried Kanye has not fully recovered.

People was among the first to report about the family's living conditions. The "Famous" singer was sent home from UCLA Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital but still has to get outpatient care from a separate medical team. There are no updates as to how this treatment would take.

North, 3 and Saint, 11 months old, have not seen their dad since he was hospitalized. And it looks like it would still take a long time to for the family to reunite.  Meanwhile, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star threw an early first birthday party bash for Saint.

Perez Hilton also reported Kanye's situation as he receives outpatient care. A source said that Kim is supportive about the "Mercy" rapper's condition but she is more concerned about the safety of their two children. The celebrity blogger also said that Kanye should take it easy for a while and receive medical treatment for his condition but this is not the "best environment" for children.

The 39-year old singer/rapper has been hospitalized for a week after pulling out of his Saint Pablo tour. His condition was undisclosed but it was reported that he was very difficult to handle while he was at the hospital. Kim never left his side but things changed when Kanye was home. A source claimed that Kanye was overworked and was not yet over Kim's Paris robbery.
