Jay-Z stans, the future is looking bright. It seems that we really will be getting a glut of new material from Jigga aka Hov. Pharrell Williams, fresh off of the success of his Daft Punk collaboration "Get Lucky", spoke on Jay in an interview with Hot 97 in New York.
"The rain man is back," said Williams. Williams is a frequent collaborator with Jay and claims that they are working on new material together.
Taken alongside other evidence- including in-studio photos of Jay-Z with Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, Timbaland and Drake- it appears we may actually get a solo follow-up from Jay-Z to wash the taste of The Blueprint 3 out of our mouths.
Swizz Beatz also admitted to more new music from Jay after producing his "Open Letter" track, an attack on the controversy surrounding the trip to Cuba that Jigga took with his wife Beyonce.
"We did four crazy joints last night," Swizz said in an interview with Hot 97. Those other songs have yet to surface.
For his part, Pharrell Williams also talked on working with a laundry list of musicians including Beyonce, No Doubt, Kendrick Lamar, Jennifer Hudson, Busta Rhymes, Schoolboy Q and Miley Cyrus.
"She [Miley] can tell you everything about Waka Flocka," Pharrell said. "She can tell you when Gucci Mane came out. Like she means it cause she grew up with it, she grew up listening to that with all her friends. Her day job was one thing, but hanging out with her friends - you saw some of the trouble she got into online, she was showing you the signs she was a different girl."

Pharrell has been on a roll, charting great interview after great interview (while releasing some decent music), he recently sat down in a must-watch episode of Daft Punk's The Collaborators.
What do you think? Is Jay-Z coming out with a new album? Will this be a banner year for Pharrell Williams?
