Huawei, the Smartphone tech giant is expected to bring-in the Android 7.0 Nougat into its device i.e. Huawei Honor 8. The Smartphone was launched in October 2016 with Android Marshmallow straight out from the box.
According to 9 To 5 Google, it is reported that the Huawei might roll-out the Android 7.0 Nougat update in Honor 8 Smartphone starting in February of 2017. Google released the new Android 7.0 Nougat in August 2016 with amazing features.
The report indicates that the Android 7.0 Nougat update will bring along standard Android Nougat features such as split-screen multi-tasking, quick reply and a huge overhaul to Huawei's EMUI skin.

Huawei Honor 8 is featured with a 5.20-inch touchscreen display having a resolution of 1080 X 1920 pixels at 423 pixels per inch. It measures 145.50 x 71.00 x 7.45 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 153.00 grams. The Smartphone is powered by 1.8 GHz of Octa-core Kirin 950 processor and it comes with 4GB of RAM.
A 32GB of internal storage expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card is incorporated in the phone. Also, featured with a 12-megapixel primary camera and a 8-megapixel front selfie shooter.
The Huawei Honor 8 presently runs on an Android 6.0 and is powered by a 3000mAh non removable battery. It is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB OTG, FM, 3G and 4G.
Sensors like the Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope are included in the phone.
However, Honor has not confirmed a specific date for when the update will roll out.
