LeBron James post game review on Cavaliers-Jazz match reveals bad officiating

LeBron James is having a robust statistical season this year but is reportedly not pleased with the referees.

According to reports the four-time MVP is becoming increasingly frustrated with some non-calls following the Cavs' defeat against the Utah Jazz 100-92. In that game, James shouted in frustration at referee Tyler Ford with 2:09 remaining the first quarter that merited a rare technical foul.

In that game, James reportedly heard Jazz head coach Quin Snyder to direct Mack to foul him instead of giving up an easy basket, Bleacher Report reported. In an interview, his team mate Richard Jefferson agreed that James deserves more trips to the free throw line because of his aggressive style of play.

"This is another night where he's going to the basket and he's only getting six [free] throws, eight free throws. For a guy that spends as much time in the paint and drives and is aggressive as he is, for him to be bottom 15 in the league in free throw attempts given that he's the best player on the planet, four-time MVP, it's [disappointing]," he said.

However, despite James' frustration with the officiating, James is averaging his usual 26 points, 8 rebounds and 8.2 assists per game with an average of 7.1 free throw attempts. Speaking of assists, James is reportedly not going to stopping outdoing himself as he tries to improve his playmaking skills. As a dedicated professional basketball player, James reportedly watched 25 minutes of film to learn exactly how his newest teammate Kyle Korver likes to catch the ball before shooting it, Business Insider reported.

In an interview, James said that he watched videos of Korver over the last couple of days. He made it clear that scouting his teammate is one of his strategies to get the team a win. When pressed to give a brief rundown of his scouting analysis, he did not give much. However, he advised Korver not to be shy as a newcomer to the team and to shoot the ball as soon as he gets a good look.
