Nintendo released a list of exclusives in the console's first year, this includes the likes of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, 1-2-Switch, Snipperclips: Cut it Out, Together, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Arms, Splatoon 2, Fire Emblem Warriors and Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
With this the fans will also be watching for third-party support, some of which has already been confirmed for 2017.
It appears that Rockstar might also be looking at bringing one of their more creative games to the platform. With a Take-Two Interactive earnings report that has been scheduled for February, it's probable that we will hear at least a confirmation that Rockstar are indeed working on a project for the Switch.
Unluckily, this will probably not include Red Dead Redemption 2. According to one insider who has proven a sure-source for news on GTA 5 Online, the title will actually be L.A Noire, reports Express.
"According to what I heard, Rockstar might be releasing a remastered version of L.A. Noire on the Nintendo Switch," Yan2295 has posted online earlier this week.
L.A. Noire, the neo-noir is a detective action-adventure game developed by Team Bondi, which was published by Rockstar Games who still reportedly hold the intellectual property, according to Segment Next.
If this proves to be true then we can expect any other top Rockstar titles coming to the Nintendo Switch in the near future also.
GTA 5 would also looks the most probable out of the latest titles created by the studio, having been successfully ported to nearly every major platform in the past.
