Microsoft has released the latest Windows 10 build creators update. It is a pushout marking the delivery of Microsoft's promise to roll out a gaming-focused Windows 10 Insider build with Game Mode. Beam live streaming, and other features.

The new update that carries the build number 15019 does have significant bugs that might impact the playing of some games, but again, it does come with the previously announced Game Mode, and Microsoft wants some feedback from users, Dona Sarkar, a software engineer in Microsoft's Windows and Devices Group, wrote in a blog post.

Latest Windows update is coming with a bulky list of general improvements that including a Microsoft Edge feature, which will be reading ebooks aloud, and more. Nevertheless, the build is not without its bugs, and that includes the number of game-breaking issues.

First off is with the download progress indicator, which shows up or doesn't, when downloading this latest build. The pointer, according to Microsoft, is broken. On the other hand, while the percentage is stuck at 0 percent, the download should still initialize. However, it's best to just ignore what the indicator is showing and wait for the download to finish, whereby the installation process will begins.

Upon updating to the latest build, according to TechTimes, a nonstop exceptions in the Spectrum.exe may occur, which can cause some devices to lose audio, shoot up disk input and output usage to, or render certain apps, such as Edge, to become unresponsive when doing certain actions.

Microsoft Edge extensions, unfortunately, will not be functional in the latest build. They will appear as if they're loading, but won't function as expected. Microsoft, however, says that this issue should be ironed out by the time the next Insider preview is released.

In this build, popular games also encounter crashing or black screens problems when attempting to load. For this Microsoft says that it is related to a platform issue. Moreover, when clicking on certain elements in desktop (Win32) games, it will minimize, and users won't be able to restore their progress. Other problem is Live broadcasting via Beam, which requires a number of privacy settings to be changed in the latest update and certain hardware configurations may also required for the live review window to flash green during broadcasts.
