The brief romance between the Canadian rapper, who is 28 younger than Madonna, began before their infamous awkward on-stage kiss at the US music festival at Coachella in April 2015. The on-stage smooch by Madonna left Drake surprised and the video also went viral for Drake's grossed out expression, reports The Sun.

Apparently, Madonna's close friends knew about the brief fling she had with Drake in 2015 and they also knew that it was just a fling and it wasn't going to last for long. The fling was a result of both being single at the time and had a massive attraction between them. Drake is well known for the track record he has with older women so Madonna was a likely choice. They were together for a while and had fun but decided to keep it completely secret, added the source.

As per the sources, the infamous on-stage kiss was the reason behind the pair's public fall-out. The incident saw Madonna snogging Drake for three seconds and this left him surprised and disgusted as could be seen from the pictures and video that went viral. Trying to defend his reaction he said, "Don't misinterpret my shock!! I got to make out with the queen Madonna and I feel 100 about that forever. Thanks @madonna."

Months later the infamous incident took a nasty turn when Madonna was asked about the advice she would give to her younger self and she replied, "Don't kiss Drake no matter how many times he f***ing begs you to."

The 30-year-old hip-hop superstar who is currently on a tour in the UK is dating Jennifer Lopez, who is 17 years elder to him. As per reports on E! News, Drake always had a crush on Lopez and is completely falling for her. The age gap doesn't matter much as he has been into older women earlier too and Lopez is also well known for being into the younger lot.
