It appears that Elizabeth (Tea Leoni) will have to work on a "Labor of Love" in "Madam Secretary" Season 3 Episode 14. Spoilers for the upcoming episode tease that the daughter of the Colombian rebellion's leader and the son of the Colombian president's marriage will be in "jeopardy."

According to Spoiler TV, Elizabeth will be tasked to fix the issue between the rebel daughter and the president's son.
