Rapper Gucci Mane has been released from a Georgia jail after almost three weeks, his attorney, Drew Findling, told TMZ.

The arrest stemmed from a probation violation committed by the rapper on Apr. 13, one day after he was initially released from prison.

Gucci Mane is accused of aggravated assault for hitting soldier James Lettley, a fan of the rapper's, with a champagne bottle at the Harlem Nights club in Atlanta on Mar. 16. Police issued a warrant for the rapper's arrest on Mar. 22, but he turned himself into police on Mar. 27. He was denied bond but was later released on $75,000 bail on Apr. 12.

He was arrested again the next day for the probation violation.

Lettley said he asked a security guard at the VIP section of the club if he could get a picture with Gucci Mane, at which point the rapper hit him in the head with a bottle, according to the Hollywood Life article. One of the rapper's friends then allegedly struck Lettley again and the soldier was taken to nearby Grady Memorial Hospital by ambulance to receive 10 stitches.

Last month, a screenshot allegedly from a Fox news station made the rounds on the Internet that showed the rapper in court with a graphic that read "Rapper Gucci Mane Responds With 'B*tch I Might Be' When Asked If Guilty."

But in reality, the picture was nothing more than the result of some decent editing. The graphic actually read "Prosecutors Brought Up Rapper's Criminal History."

The line in question is actually a lyric from one of his songs called "Pillz (B*tch I Might Be)."
