NBC has released the trailer for "The Blacklist" Season 4 Episode 15, which shows Red (James Spader) fighting for his life. Prior to landing at the hospital, he tells his team that he has been poisoned. A flashback revealed that someone has mixed deadly poison in his drink.

Will Red die in "The Blacklist" Season 4 Episode 15? It is now up to Liz (Megan Boone) and the Task Force to find the culprit. They must act fast and find "The Apothecary" of the toxin, before Red's condition worsens and he dies.

The show's executive producer Jon Bokenkamp told TV Insider that Liz will not stop until she finds "The Apothecary." She is determined to save Red as payback for all the good things he has done for her. He has protected her from danger several times. It is now time that she returns the favor.

Liz does not need to look far to find the perpetrator. After all, the culprit is someone in the Task Force. One of Red's close confidants has betrayed him. According to Cartermatt, the past episode in "Blacklist" Season 4 revealed a traitor in his team. Someone from Red's operation hired Isabella, an assassin, to take him down.

Fortunately, Red got to Isabella first before she could kill him. He found out that the money she received as payment came from one of his accounts. In "The Blacklist" Season 4 Episode 15, Red must retrace his steps to uncover who in his team wants him dead.
