Kate Middleton Baby Bump, Due Date: Pregnant Duchess and Prince William Already Planning on Second Child

This week the royal couple celebrated their second wedding anniversary and perhaps made some plans to add to their family before the next! That is right: reports claim that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge might be planning on their second child now that their first will be here in July. They apparently won't be stopping after this second child either as sources claim that the royals want at least three.

"She wants to see how she feels after the baby is born, but she sees no reason why they can't start trying for another baby almost straight away," a source explained.

The 31-year-old Middleton reportedly wants her body to recover after the mid-July delivery of her first child with Prince William. That said, the two could try again as soon as January 2014, Kate's 32^nd birthday.

"She certainly doesn't want to be having babies when she's 40. That's why, as far as Kate is concerned, there is no time to lose. She likes the idea of having an heir and a spare just a few months apart," the source added.

As far as her first child goes, Catherine reportedly wants to have a close relationship with infant and is opting out of the usual treatment of royal babies like what her husband had experienced.

"There would've been long meetings at the palace about it, but Kate's standing her ground," a source told British magazine Look.

"Kate's a normal girl at heart, and this is her first baby. Like every girl, she's obviously nervous about becoming a mother and wants her own mum on hand ... Princess Diana stayed at Kensington Palace and later admitted to being lonely there. Kate won't want that, but there's more involved - when it comes to her child, Kate's a lioness.

"She's putting her foot down so everyone knows she won't have parenting choices dictated to her. I think they would've been leaning on her heavily, saying that isn't the 'done thing' to keep the heir away from the palace."

Though the due date is approaching fast, the Duchess is busy as always with her royal duties as patron to numerous charities.
