It seems like many decades ago when fans were mesmerized by the movie "Jurassic Park." The original "Jurassic Park" movie hit movie theaters in 1993 when the graphics and special effects displayed were still considered revolutionary. Now, over two decades later, "Jurassic Park 4" will be coming to theaters just over a year from now on June 13, 2014. The latest news surrounding the film involves the plot's location. It seems as though the fourth installment will be taking place back at the fictional island of Isla Nublar, where the original movie took place.
The movie's director, Colin Trevorrow, posted a picture on his Twitter account with the caption "Nublar." The real life shooting location is actually the Hawaiian island of Kaua'i. The second and third "Jurassic Park" movies took place on the island of Isla Sorna.
News and rumors surrounding "Jurassic Park 4" have been scarce as the movie's producers likely want to keep the plot under wraps. The husband, wife team of Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver have written the screenplay for "Jurassic Park 4." They also wrote "Rise of the Planet of the Apes."
One big question surrounding the fourth movie will be which stars will be in the movie. By stars, I mean the dinosaurs. There really has been no information released on which dinosaurs will be wreaking havoc, but I'm sure T-Rex will be making an appearance.
There is very little known about which actors and actresses will be in "Jurassic Park 4" as well. There has been no news on if any of the original cast will be coming back or if any new stars will be apart of the fourth movie. You will have to keep checking Mstarz for the latest "Jurassic Park 4" news.
"Jurassic Park 3D" was recently released in theaters. The original movie was given a 3D viewing option for fans who wanted to go back in time and watch the original with the 3D glasses.
