‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers For March 6-10: Scotty’s Return Far From Certain

This could get pretty intense this week according to "The Young and the Restless" spoilers. The week will also debut a new actor into the long-running series who will add another layer of suspense in CBS' hit drama.

Starting Monday, March 6, 2017, a new actor joins "The Young and the Restless" cast. It has been announced that Daniel Hall will play Scott "Scotty" Grainger Jr., Scott Sr and Lauren's son, She Knows reported.

Scotty was previously seen in "The Young and the Restless" from July 2005 to January 2016 and formerly played by Blair Redford. In the coming week, the character will be reintroduced to the storyline and will be a source of great concern for his mother Lauren.

"The Young and the Restless" spoilers for March 6 to 10 reveal that Scotty will be fighting for his life in war-torn Syria, Soap Hub reported. After learning of Scotty being held hostage in Syria, Lauren turns to Victor to aid his son.

While Victor is indeed a powerful man, Scotty' safe returned can never be guaranteed, given the chaotic setting in the war-torn country. In addition, it seems that there might be resistance to go back to Genow by Scotty himself according to "The Young and the Restless Spoilers." It is possible that Scotty found his life purpose in the service of others in the volatile country and it was hinted that his dedication to his job might create within in some doubts at the prospect of leaving it all behind.

Fortunately, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) will be at hand to straighten thing up according to "The Young and the Restless" spoilers. He will not take no for an answer and is bent on bringing Scotty back home to end Lauren's hell.

Meanwhile, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) may have to be more blunt and direct as far as Ravi's (Abhi Sinha) attentions are concerned. While Ravi is indeed a kind soul, it will become evident that Ashley has no romantic interest in him. "The Young and the Restless" spoilers say that Ashley will lay down her cards on the table to get the message across. While it might seem heartless at first, it is the least she could do for Ravi.
