Preakness 2013 InfieldFest Lineup: Pitbull, Afrojack, Macklemore Headline People's Party May 18th at Maryland's Triple Crown Horse-Racing Event

'The Preakness Stakes,' may not be the most important jewel of the Triple Crown horse race, but it is definitely the most outrageous!

"The region's biggest party" will be returning to Baltimore, Maryland on May 18th, as Pimlico Race Course prepares to host the 138th annual running of the 2013 Preakness Stakes, and the finalized lineup for this year's InfieldFest has finally been unveiled.

Headlining the 'People's Party' in the Infield at one of the largest single-day sporting events in the United States, according to CBS Baltimore, will be EDM DJ Afrojack opening the main stage, followed by live performances from international superstar Pitbull and hip-hop duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis playing extended sets on the main stage, with Chevelle, Florida Georgia Line & Kristen and The Noise on the Jägermeister stage.

"We are thrilled to showcase some of music's finest artists, both on Black-Eyed Susan Day and at the Preakness InfieldFest," said Pimlico president Tom Chuckas. "Premiere music at Pimlico has now become a signature feature of our brand on both days, where fans can enjoy the finest in thoroughbred racing, along with an unparalleled entertainment experience, at the one of the nation's largest and most cherished weekends in sports."

While the popular Beer Garden and bottomless MUG Club traditions will be upheld at this year's event, a new addition to Preakness 2013 will be the installment of the first-ever Preakness Eve Infield Concert. Taking place on Friday, May 17th, "Black-Eyed Susan Day," The People's Pink Party will be headlined by "Iris" singers, the Goo-Goo Dolls.
