Lindsay Lohan Rehab News, Ali Lohan 2013 Modeling Career [PHOTOS]: Actress Gives 19-Year-Old Younger Sister Pointers, 'I Definitely Have to Prove Myself'

Although Lindsay Lohan might be locked up in the Betty Ford Center for rehabilitation treatment, it looks like her younger sister Ali is going to be breaking out in the fashion world. The 19-year-old Lohan is going to be starting her modeling career soon and says that her sister gave her some advice on being in the spotlight. In a recent interview with Women's Wear Daily, Aliana "Ali" Lohan told the magazine that she and Lindsay have a great sisterly relationship.

"We always have good sister-bonding time," Lohan said. "Whenever we see each other, we're always talking about clothes and all girly things, you know?"

Lohan, who stands at 5 feet, 9 inches tall, told the fashion publication about her future ambitions that are centered on modeling.  "I like to surf. I like to play guitar," she said. "I want to do college classes online. I wanted to do marine biology for a long time, but I don't know. For now, I just want to focus on modeling." 

When asked about being in the spotlight at a young age because of her family, Lohan responded, "I would just like to be known as my own person. I don't need to ride on any coattails. I just want to make my mark myself. I definitely have to prove myself - just showing up on time and doing everything that you're supposed to do."

Of course now that she is going to be moving into the realm of celebrities her infamous sister might have some advice about the spotlight, right? When asked if Lindsay gave her any tips, Ali said:

"Of course. She just says the main thing is to do your best and to do what you love. We're very close and speak very often. Well, the last time we spoke, I guess, was two weeks ago, so kind of often. But yeah, she's awesome."

Ali also said that she will be visiting Lindsay in rehab at the end of the month.
