Ed Sheeran’s Hooked Up With T-Swift’s Squad Mates

British-born singer Ed Sheeran is currently on a roll with his latest album "Divide" (stylized "÷"). Just recently, he spoke with a music magazine about his music and about hooking up with Taylor Swift's famous friends.

Yes, Ed Sheeran revealed to Rolling Stone that he had hooked up with a few girls from the pop songstress's squad. The 66-date Red tour in 2013 with Taylor Swift was his most romantically-active time. The 26-year-old admitted that he would wake up, see who's with and just wonder how it all happened. He was only 22 years old at the time he became chums with the "Blank Space" singer. And apparently, he became amicable with her friends too.

Unfortunately for gossip-mongers, Ed Sheeran did not drop the names of any of T-Swift's friends he made out with. But he did write songs about those relationships, which were included in his 2014 album, "X." One was "Don't" wherein he sang about ending a brief affair with a female singer. In the song, he stated that the reason was that he found out she made out with a male singer. And it turned out that this fellow troubadour was also quartered on the same hotel floor. Speculations flying around that time pointed at "Love Me Like You Do" singer Ellie Goulding. She is also one of Swift's famous friends, so she fits the bill. However, she denied ever having been involved with Sheeran.

Meanwhile, People reported that Ed Sheeran said he never got involved romantically with T-Swift. Gossip terminal "TMZ" insisted that they dated, but the Englishman just pointed at their kind of journalism as "lazy."

Though Ed Sheeran's clearly been through a lot of romantic involvements, the pop star is now happily reunited with his childhood flame, Cherry Seaborn. The two of them reunited in 2015 and they have been living together in London since then.
