‘Legends of Tomorrow’ Season 2 Spoilers: Sara Likely To Remain Captain Against Rip’s Will

The Legends are torn between two captains on Tuesday's episode of "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2. Now that Rip Hunter is back, will they follow his orders or still regard Sara Lance as their captain? The trailer for Episode 14, "Moonshot," suggests that Sara still takes the lead, much to Rip's disappointment.

According to the synopsis for "Moonshot" from Spoilers Guide, tension grows between Rip and Sara in "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 14. Naturally, there are two captains aboard the Waverider, and the question on who should be the leader weighs on everyone's mind.

However, if the trailer for "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 14 is any indication, it seems Sara still leads the team. The preview shows the former assassin on the captain's seat as she maneuvers the Waverider. Meanwhile, Rip seats behind her with an unmistakably sour look on his face. Rip does not seem to appreciate his situation.

Likewise, the trailer for "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 14 reveals Sara still commands the team. She directs them on what to do for their next mission, which involves intercepting the Apollo 13 flight.

A promotional photo for "Moonshot" from Flickering Myth also shows Rip and Sara in some kind of argument. He seems to be disagreeing with her orders about their mission. Ray and Nate seem bothered by their exchange.

Will Sara remain the captain of the Waverider in "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 14? She has so far done a great job leading the team. The Legends even worked coherently than ever before under her leadership. Sara possesses strength--being a former member of the League of Assassins--and she knows when to show compassion. Had it not for her then Rip would not be alive. Jax would have already killed him while he was under the influence of the Legion of Doom.
