Soap She Knows has released a sneak peak for Wednesday's episode of "The Bold and the Beautiful" that shows Katie confront her sister Brooke. She tells her about her suspicions that Ridge and Quinn have something to hide. She tells her sister that she is not crazy for thinking such. "I'm not crazy, I'm not blind. You have to talk to Ridge and get to the bottom of this," Katie tells Brooke in the preview below.

Katie drops to the conclusion that something is going on between Ridge and Quinn after she sees how they interact on the plane. Perhaps the two were a bit sweet towards each other.
