The romance between Selena Gomez and The Weeknd is showing no signs of slowing down as they were spotted out on a dinner date in Toronto, on March 16. The couple openly engaged in PDA the entire time that they spent in Canada.

The Weeknd was seen showering his lady love, Selena Gomez, with love and affection, when they met up in his hometown in Toronto, Canada. He had planned an elaborate, romance-filled week to woo his girlfriend.

First The Weekend made a really special gesture by renting an entire movie theater on Wednesday for a private screening of "Get Out", just for Selena Gomez. The gesture was immediately compared by many with something Justin Bieber might have done for Gomez when he was dating her.

Next, they were photographed together on Thursday while grabbing lunch at Thompson Hotel's 24-hour diner at Bathurst and Wellington Sts. Selena Gomez even posted an adorable picture on Instagram of her legs resting on The Weekend's lap in the car, The Star reported.

They were even spotted going on a shopping spree in Yorkville and spending a romantic date at Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, E! Online reported. All the while, Selena Gomez, and The Weeknd appeared thoroughly immersed in love, either holding hands or exchanging intimate pecks on cheeks.

Even though The Weeknd was away on tour most of the time this month, it was reported that Selena Gomez was always calling, texting or Facetiming him to keep in touch. She was also frequently seen wearing tees from her boyfriend's clothing line on social media pictures.

While Selena Gomez broke up with ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber, last year, The Weeknd or Abel Tesfaye split from his ex-girlfriend, Bella Hadid, in January 2017. After a professional collaboration together, the two have been inseparable from each other. Gomez and The Weeknd are currently taking it slow, getting to know each other as they travel all over the world and strengthen their romance in the process.
