The cast and crew of the ABC Series "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 revealed what is to come for the series during the PaleyFest. The executive producer and actress Debbie Allen revealed that the current season of the show may be expected to end on an intense note. Rumor has it that Meredith and Nathan may finally progress in their relationship in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13, Celebeat reported.
Latest reports further note that Martin Henderson revealed in an interview that Meredith and Nathan will begin exploring the nature of their relationship in the forthcoming episodes. It is said that the couple will begin to define their relationship as simply that of friends or of lovers in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13. In addition, the actress Sarah Drew revealed in an interview that things will begin to work out between the "Japril" ship, that is Jackson and April.
Meanwhile, Justin Chambers, who plays the other half of the rumored "Merlex" couple opposite Pompeo, is on board with the speculation that the bond between Meredith and Alex will be headed in a romantic direction. Chambers nodded over the possibility of the relationship over at PaleyFest. It has been noted that Chambers revealed that friends may become lovers too, Refinery29 reported.
The "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 actor is not gunning for it to happen any time soon, though. Apparently, the actor has been comfortable with the two characters being platonic, like brother and sister or friends.
