Even Zac Efron needs saving and he was able to live "every girl's dream" in a recent incident that involved a burning building. The "High School Musical" star revealed that he was saved by one of Hollywood's top actors.
Speaking with MTV News during the CinemaCon on Tuesday, Zac Efron revealed that Hugh Jackman saved him on the set of "The Greatest Showman." A fire scene was already wrapped up when a set piece started flaring up. Luckily, the man known as "Wolverine" carried the "Baywatch" star out of the burning house.
Zac Efron referred to the saving grace moment as "every girl's dream." It appears that the former flame of Vanessa Hudgens was star-struck by the veteran actor. "The Greatest Showman" is set to hit the big screens on Dec. 25.
Meanwhile, Zac Efron is also busy promoting "Baywatch." During the 2017 CinemaCon, the former "High School Musical" star debuted a new trailer for fans to see. According to Just Jared, Efron showed some new footage alongside his co-stars.
"Baywatch" stars Zac Efron and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. They will be joined by Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, Jon Bass, and Priyanka Chopra. The movie is out on May 26. The movie's previous trailers have been viewed millions of times and fans are looking forward to the film's premiere.
Zac Efron has also taken time to apologize to Paris Jackson for "breaking her heart" 10 years ago. At that time, the daughter of the King of Pop was only 10 years old. She was anticipating to see Efron at a "High School Musical" concert but the actor was absent.
Speaking with E! News, Zac Efron said his apologies and invited Paris Jackson to watch the "Baywatch" premiere. It remains to be seen if the famous daughter of Michael Jackson will grace the event. The 18-year-old has since taken to social media to reveal that she was only joking when she said Efron broke her heart.
