Cleveland Police On Manhunt For Man Who Streamed His Murder On Facebook, Nearby States Alarmed

Cleveland Police is currently in a manhunt operation to chase the armed man who is the suspect in the Facebook video murder. The armed man's whereabouts are still unknown, but nearby states have been warned. The killer possibly has the psychological disorder and the police pleaded for him to surrender.

The suspect was identified as a man named Steve Stephens, an employee of Beech Brook which is a behavioral health agency in northeast Ohio, CNN has learned. Stephens allegedly picked a random man, 74-year old Robert Godwin and killed him with a direct gunshot to the head. He later then uploaded the video to his Facebook page to the horror of some who's unlucky enough to see it. Cleveland Police has issued an official aggravated murder warrant for Stephens.

Updates on this case revealed that Stephen's vehicle is a white Ford Fusion with temporary tag E363630. The vehicle was said to be purchased recently. Nearby states of Pennsylvania, New York, Indiana, and Michigan is advised by Cleveland Police to be alert as the suspect is still on the loose.

The suspect has said that he has killed more than a dozen people, though there are no new victims connected to the Facebook murder was announced, as reported by The Washington Post. Stephens stated that he will not stop shooting people until his girlfriend or his mother decided to talk to him. Both women are not cooperating with the authorities. Cleveland Police learned that Stephens and Godwin don't know each other.

Cleveland Police encourage people to be alert and if happens to see Stephens, call 9-1-1. Stephens is a 6'1 black man, bald and has a full beard. He has been seen the last riding on a Ford Fusion and is described as armed and dangerous. It is still possible that he's still in Ohio or nearby states. Precaution is advised for those who are living in this areas.
