Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband, Marc Anthony performed together on stage in the Dominican Republic on Sunday. Alex Rodriguez, Lopez's current beau was present throughout the entire length of the rehearsal for the main event and the concert itself.

While Lopez and Anthony showed off their creative chemistry onstage, electrifying the sold-out crowd, Rodriguez kept a watchful eye on the duo from backstage, TMZ reports. Even though having one's ex-husband and newfound love interest in close proximity with each other can often lead to jealous complications, nothing of that sort happened during the event.

Lopez and Anthony fed off each other's energy during the concert but sources confirm that it was purely platonic. Rodriguez appeared supporting, even swinging his body to the tunes of his girlfriend, during the rehearsals, Mail Online reports.

Rumors that Lopez was considering getting back with her former lover has already been proven false. While the "Ain't Your Mama" singer enjoys a blissful relationship with Rodriguez, Anthony has also moved on with Mariana Downing. The pair was publicly seen together for the first time on March 2017.

Lopez and the former Yankees player, on the other hand, have been photographed together on numerous occasions, going in for romantic dinner dates. They were last seen in New York together last month.

After captivating the audience at her Las Vegas residency All I Have and Dominican Republican, the "Shades Of Blue" actress will return to perform Live at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino's stage on May 24.
