'Flip of Flop' Stars Tarek and Christina El Moussa Attend Emmy Awards Together Despite Divorce

There is no bad blood between "Flip or Flop" stars Tarek and Christina El Moussa despite their pending divorce. The exes showed up on the red carpet together in coordinated outfits during the Emmy Awards.

On Sunday, Tarek and Christina El Moussa showed up at the Daytime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, Entertainment Tonight reported. Christina looked fab in her black mini dress with flared skirt and sheer long sleeve. Meanwhile, Tarek sported a classic black tuxedo. The amicable exes looked adorable together.

 Tarek and Christina El Moussa announced their split in May 2016 following an incident that involved an alarming incident. However, according to the mother of two, they have marital problems even before they announced their split.

Christina El Moussa shared that the tension between him and Tarek was high. In 2013, the exes were still adjusting to fame after the launching of "Flip or Flop" when Tarek was suddenly diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Meanwhile, Christina was struggling in getting pregnant via an in vitro fertilization and had a miscarriage in 2014, People reported.

Christina El Moussa added that it came to a point where they didn't communicate properly. The separation process for her started long before they admitted their split. So when they finally decided to call it quits she felt that there was a weight lifted of her.

On January 9, Tarek filed for divorce. Both are candid about their plans to move on and date other people. However, they remain friends and are still open to working with each other. In fact, they just signed for "Flip of Flop" season 8 amidst their pending divorce.

Christina El Moussa added that they already worked things out and are getting along well together. "We're actually getting along really, really well right now," Christina El Moussa said. She added that they already find a way to work things amicably by "We're actually getting along really, really well right now."
