Karrueche Tran is not allowing anyone to stop her this time. A new report says the model is more than ready for her face-off against Chris Brown in court. This time, the "Loyal" singer will have to face his ex-girlfriend.

The New York Daily News confirms that Chris Brown has been served with the restraining order from Tran. The "With You" singer has been trying to keep the restraining order off of his lawyers' desk for some time now. On his birthday, he received his ex-girlfriend's gift.

According to the outlet, the lawyer of Karrueche Tran confirmed the bad news for Chris Brown. Lawyer Patrick Blood said Brown "has been served and we will see him in court." It is unclear if Brown's lawyer has responded to the restraining order.

The court filing of Tran claims that Chris Brown pushed her down the stairs and also punched her in the stomach not once, but twice. Aside from the physical abuse, the model said Brown has threatened to kill her and told others that he would kill Tran.

This isn't the first time Chris Brown was involved in such legal issues. He also beat up Rihanna when they were still together. The big difference is, Rihanna did not pursue her filing against the singer.

Sources have revealed to TMZ that Karrueche Tran is going to testify against Chris Brown in court. This is something Rihanna was unable to do after the "Party" singer beat her up. It appears that Tran is confident that she will win the case.

The insiders added that Tran seeks to inspire other women who are in the same situation. Chris Brown has yet to officially comment on his reception of the restraining order. It is unclear if his lawyers have already submitted an answer to Tran's official court documents.
