Liam Payne Revealed Two Secrets: One About His Music Preference & A Sweet Thing For His Baby

Liam Payne admitted that he much preferred his former co One Direction member, Niall Horan's music than Harry Styles'. Being a busy dad to his upcoming tours, he revealed in an interview that he quitted smoking for his baby boy.

The 23-year-old singer recently gave an interview on Sirius FM's Hits 1 In Hollywood show. He showed no signs of any jet-lag and appeared on the show to promote his upcoming debut single, "Strip That Down", in the US.With his new debut single recently released, Payne complimented Horan's recent single in an interview and admitted that he doesn't like Harry Styles' music, as reported by E! News. He claimed that Horan's recent single "Slow Hands" is great compared to Styles' hit single "Sign of the Times". 

"I heard the rest of the boys' debut songs... Niall's gone down the singer-songwriter route, which is really cool." Payne said. "Harry's song I heard and I'll be honest it's not my sort of music, it's not something I'd listen to." 

With the fall out of their boy band group, each of the members of 1D pursued solo music career. It was Payne who is the last member to release his anticipated debut solo, 'Strip that Down.' Payne's album is said to be far different from that of Styles. With his music basically a hip-hop album, he revealed that Styles might say the same thing to him. News reported that he wanted it to sound like Justin Beiber and Drake. It is also unveiled by the US rap group Migos that they have a collaboration with Payne on a "Drake-inspired" music. 

Meanwhile, the singer also shared that her girlfriend, Cheryl Cole wanted to be a hands-on mom to their child instead of hiring a nanny while Payne will be busy on his tour, as reported by Mirror. Payne also admitted that he gave up smoking before his son's birth because he didn't want to be a bad example to his son and would want to watch every single detail as his baby grow up. The news stated that the singer would also place a tattoo with regards to his child.
