It appears that all those pesky rumors are about Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were untrue. At least if Miley's left hand has anything to say about it. Mileybird posted a picture to Twitter yesterday where the massive rock of an engagement ring she received from fiancé Liam Hemsworth was definitely on display.
The is the second time that Miley has silenced rumors with a pic of her engagement ring (even if pics without it are more frequent).
Rumors have been swirling about the couple's stability ever since Hemsworth jetted home to Australia earlier this year. Since then, there has been talk of marriage counselors, open relationships and breakups. Her father Billy Ray has cast doubt on the relationship and rapper Snoop Lion said that Miley "was in a relationship that no longer exists."
Miley took the time to put the kibosh on the rumors herself.
"I work every day. My assistant is always like, 'I don't want to hear you sing during the day unless we're at the studio, because I'm at the studio with you from 5 pm until 5 am half the time.'" Miley said in a recent interview with V.
"And it's like, I'm not home with my boyfriend all the time. We work. Every week it's 'Are they broken up? Because we don't see a photo of them.' I don't have time to go to Starbucks with my boyfriend every morning. I wish I did, but I don't. I'd rather chill at my house and be there for the time I actually get to spend with him. And then I'm at the studio all day. He gets up to work out at six and I come home at five from the studio. I put this record before everything, and I've never done that with anything. I've put too much into this record to put anything else in front of it."
