Miss USA 2013 Crush: Nana Meriwether Isn't Hiding Feelings for Prince Harry, 'We Should Totally Get Married!'

During his week-long tour of the United States, Prince Harry of Whales took part in numerous diplomatic, military events while drawing a lot of attention from female fans. One of those admirers happened to be 2013's Miss USA, Nana Meriwether. Earlier this week at an event in New York City, Meriwether was gushing about meeting the British royal and even suggested that the two of them "are meant to be!"

The 27-year-old beauty is 6 feet tall so when she learned that the 28-year-old prince is 6 feet, 2 inches she giggled and announced that that was "perfect."

"We are meant to be! Miss USA is like royalty in America so it'll be a pleasure to meet him," she said. Meriwether then asked if Harry was single and added, "It would make a great story -- we should totally get married."

Unfortunately for the reigning Miss USA, she did not get to woo her Prince Charming. With a crowd of hundreds in attendance, Prince Harry was a quite busy as the guest of honor.

The royal gave a speech at this event on behalf of his brother Prince William and his sister-in-law the pregnant Kate Middleton, thanking The American Friends of The Royal Foundation. This organization raised above half a million dollars that will directly help "mentor and train our next generation of truly inspirational young sports coaches."

Even if Meriwether, a two-time All-American volleyball player and USC graduate student, got the chance to meet Harry she might have been even more disappointed. The prince has been romantically tied to 24-year-old model and dance student Cressida Bonas. Harry and Cressida were seen skiing together during a February tip to Switzerland.
