Love And Hip Hop ATL: Lil Scrappy Probation Hearing Pushed Back A Week, Prince Of The South Allegedly Swapped Urine To Pass Drug Test

The trouble just keeps on coming for Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star Lil' Scrappy. First, Lil' Scrappy and fiancée  Erica Dixon had it out in front of VH1 cameras. Then, the news came out that the Prince of The South was walking around with ex Shay Johnson on his arm. Now, he's facing down a probation hearing that could put Scrap back in jail, for allegedly turning in someone else's urine during a mandatory drug screening.

Scrappy turned himself into police last month after his parole officer accused him of turning in a tainted urine sample for his drug test. The P.O. said that Scrap's sample was cold to the touch. Scrappy refused to provide another sample.

While Scrappy was released from jail on April 24, depending on the results of the hearing, he could be incarcerated for quite a while. There is some good news, though. The hearing has been moved back to next Wednesday by DeKalb County Judge Daniel Coursey so that the urine sample in question can be processed.

Scrappy gave his version of events in an interview with Streetz 94.5 host Rashan Ali.

"They didn't even test the pee," Scrappy told Ali. "I said, 'you can check me or whatever you gotta do.' He didn't wanna check me. He got a little hostile with his voice, and I ain't finna let nobody put they paws on me."

Scrappy's probation mandates that he must undergo regular drug testing. The terms of his probation stem from marijuana and gun possession charges that Scrappy was convicted of in 2008.
