Chicago native Brick Squad rapper Chief Keef can't seem to avoid having trouble with the law. Two months after the 17-year-old "Macaroni Time" rapper was released from police custody for a parole violation, he was arrested Monday for disorderly conduct after hotel security smelled marijuana smoke coming from his room, police said, reported the Chicago Tribune. Now the 911 call hotel security made to alert police to Cheif Keef's smoke fest has been released.
The incident went down Monday afternoon at the LeMeridian Hotel in Dunwoody just outside of Atlanta. According to the Chicago Tribune, hotel security alerted police shortly before 3 p.m. about illegal drug activity at the hotel. Security told police they had noticed a smell of marijuana coming from the room. When the officers arrived and spoke with Chief Keef, then arrested him for disorderly conduct for smoking marijuana, according to a police report.
Chief Keef didn't resist his arrest, according to CBS Local. When the rapper was released from jail on Tuesday morning, he took to Twitter to alert his followers of his freed status.
