Kate Upton, Nina Agdal Prom [PHOTO]: Swimsuit Edition Centerfold Turns Down Teen, Other Sports Illustrated Model Accepts Jake Davidson's Invitation

Earlier this year, 17-year-old Los Angeles high school student Jake Davidson asked model Kate Upton to his prom with a YouTube video. Though Kate and Jake spoke about the possibility of this special request coming to fruition, ultimately Upton's busy schedule has thwarted the success of this story. But don't feel bad for Jake; he is still going to his prom with a model! Nina Agdal is set to go to prom with Jake tonight.

Like Upton, Agdal is also a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model and she has also worked with Victoria Secret and Billabong. The 21-year-old Danish model might not have been asked by Jake for prom and was possibly contacted by Inside Edition in order to help Jake out, but he still gets to enjoy his with a supermodel! Inside Edition will follow the two on this special prom night for a new episode.

After learning that Kate Upton, Davidson stated the following in an e-mail to the Jewish Journal:

"While I would have loved for Kate to come to my prom, I understand she is a very busy and in demand professional and I am so grateful for Kate responding at all."

Jake is referring to his appearance on "Today" when Kate called the show to talk to the teen about his prom invitation.

"How do you feel? Upton Asked. "I can't believe you're on the show and everything now! It's amazing!"

To which Jake responded: "This just got so much better now that you're on the phone! I'm telling you, it will be a great night... I could even get the curfew extended - hopefully talk to my parents maybe."

The 20-year-old model told Jake that she loved his invitation video and that she could maybe work out going to his prom. That "maybe" turned into a "no" due to scheduling issues.
