Amanda Bynes Arrested 2013 [PHOTOS & VIDEO]: Twitter & Drake Enthusiast Throws Bong From Apartment Window, Psychiatric Evaluation for Actress

Police were called to Amanda Bynes' Midtown Manhattan apartment building last night after the actress reportedly threw a marijuana bong from her apartment window. She spent the night at Central booking and will undergo a psychiatric evaluation as well. The 27-year-old who has been showing signs of a meltdown in recent months was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence, and criminal possession of marijuana. Amanda was later taken to Roosevelt Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. At this time it is not clear if she has sought legal council from a lawyer.

The actress-turned-infamous-Twitter-user was reportedly smoking pot in her apartment building's lobby, causing the doorman to call police. She was also reportedly showing signs of disturbing behavior and talking to herself according to a source.

When the police arrived, they saw a heavy amount of smoke and a marijuana bong. Amanda then threw the paraphernalia out of her apartment window in front of the responding officers. Amanda is reportedly undergoing psychiatric evaluation as well.
