Chris Brown Dating Chloe Green, Ditches Rihanna and Karrueche Tran? Breezy 'Flirts and Parties' with Sexy British Heiress, Marc Anthony's Ex [PHOTOS]

Chris Brown is no longer dating "Diamonds" songstress Rihanna... and now there's a chance he's even ditched his on-and-off again flame Karrueche Tran for yet ANOTHER sexy young lady! Breezy was recently spotted "flirting and partying" with beautiful Topshop heiress, Chloe Green. The British socialite celebrated Brown's 24th birthday in L.A. earlier this month, and the two have continued "growing close" ever since. Do fans think the "Fine China" crooner and Marc Anthony's ex-girlfriend make a great pair?

An insider for the popular gossip outlet Mirror explains that things are definitely "heating up" between 24-year-old Brown and 22-year-old Green:

“Chloe met Chris last year when he serenaded her at her dad’s 60th birthday party... She was always a big fan and thinks he’s really hot. After he split with Rihanna and she split from Marc, they’ve been spending more time together and having a lot of fun... It’s early days, but they’ve not been shy about being seen out at the same places."

FYI - Chloe's the daughter of British billionaire Sir Philip Green, owner of the multinational fashion retailer Topshop (think H&M).

Green just broke up with J.Lo's ex-hubby Marc Anthony... so it's the perfect time for both young stars to pursue a romantic rebound!

The alleged insider claims that RiRi isn't too happy about the budding friendship between Breezy and Green... Maybe it's because Rihanna just SUED Topshop for using images without her permission:

"It's the sort of thing Rihanna keeps an eye on, and she's definitely aware of Chloe being on the scene."
