We all know that Star Wars: Episode VII will hit theaters in 2015, but we still cannot wait for the first trailer. Luckily for us, a fake trailer for the highly anticipated installment of the science fiction franchise has been going around the Internet and become viral. And if that is not enough to hold you over, some news involving the episodes 8 and 9 has surfaced.
According to numerous reports, LucasFilm and Disney plan on filming the next trilogy of the Star Wars franchise in the United Kingdom. Thanks to the inviting tax incentives, filming will most likely be much more focused in the U.K., which was confirmed by Chancellor of the Exchequer and Second Lord of the Treasury, George Osborne. He verified this on his Twitter account, saying this was great news for creative industries residing in the nation.
Just confirmed: the next Star Wars film will be made in UK. Great news for our creative industries. May the force be with us.....

Plus, according to BleedingCool.com's coverage at MCM London Comic-con, Edgar Wright was asked about directing one of the next Star Wars films. Unfortunately it looks like he does not think he will:
"Matt from JediNews.co.uk asked if Edgar would direct one of the Star Wars sequels or spin-offs. Edgar suggested that this wouldn't even be an option. He did really drag the prequels through the dirt in Spaced, and it does seem unlikely Lucasfilm would want to associate with that."
This of course is not set in stone so don't be surprised if Wright's name comes back into play when the next films are being developed.
Until 2015 rolls around, we have this fake trailer to hold us over. Perhaps director J.J. Abrams can take some notes from this fan-made trailer:
