The singer's new look may be a ploy to get back her old flame. The couple were spotted dining with each other and briefly kissing each other back stage at the Billboard Music Awards.

It seems the singer is gradually changing her looks to move on with her life, but not without leaving the Biebs without a little sting. Rumors of the pop singer being jealous of Miley Cyrus' close friendship with Bieber has been swirling around, however a rep told Gossip Cop, "Selena is a little too busy with her own life to even give this any attention," adding very pointedly, "She doesn't care who Justin spends his time with."
