Lil Scrappy Rehab Marijuana Addiction [PHOTOS]: Will Stint In Rehab Help Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Star Avoid Jail Time?

Lil Scrappy will do anything to avoid going to jail, and if that means giving up weed then so be it.  According to TMZ, the Love & Hip Hop star voluntarily checked himself it a Georgia based rehab facility, Thursday.

Mstarz reported that Lil' Scrappy turned him self in to the Atlanta authorities back April 23rd.  The "

Scrappy allegedly failed to take a mandatory urine test in March as required by the conditions of his parole.  Initial reports stated that Scrappy tried to provide urine that was deemed "questionable" by the drug test staff, and reportedly declined to re-take the "suspect" urine test.

At the May 22nd court hearing in Georgia it was confirmed that Scrappy had failed his most recent drug test by testing positive for weed, according to ThisIs50. The Grustle Gang leader vowed to get help for his addiction.

Scrappy's is in for a real change at rehab.  His lawyer told TMZ, 6:30AM wake-up, 10PM curfew, group therapy, one-on-one therapy, NO cell phone or laptop ... and NO visitors for the first 2 weeks.

Scrappy will remain in rehab until his next court appearance June 16.
