The young pair has yet to come out as "official" boyfriend and girlfriend, but they've been spotted together as an "exclusive" couple for quite some time. Still, some rumors have it that Simmons and Bow Wow are simply ex-lovers turned friends... which would explain why Simmons recently partied and "flirted" with NBA superstar Brandon Jennings... she even wore is "B" jersey to bed and posted a sexy photo of it on Instagram! Simmons has made several guest-appearances on Bow Wow's hit show "106 & Park"... the duo's even posted several flirty photos on Instagram:

But maybe they're just really good friends? Because as MediaTakeOut.com reports, Simmons was recently spotted out-and-about with a group of friends... along with Milwaukee Bucks baller, Brandon Jennings. As MTO points out:
