Amanda Bynes Evicted 2013: Drake Enthusiast Kicked Out of NYC Apartment After Drug Arrest, Still Active on Twitter

Child-actress-turned-Twitter-favorite-celebrity Amanda Bynes has reportedly been evicted from her New York City apartment right after being arrested for drug charges. The 27-year-old actress allegedly threw a marijuana bong out of her 36^th-floor apartment window. In light of her arrest on charges of or criminal possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment and felony tampering with physical evidence, her building's officials have asked Amanda to vacate her residence.

According to a source, "At 9 p.m. on Tuesday, movers showed up and removed Amanda's belongings from her apartment. Even before her arrest, residents had constant complaints about the smell of marijuana coming from her apartment. She had also cursed out residents and the doormen, and the smell of pot from her apartment was really annoying people ... [She] was notified that she is no longer welcome as a tenant in the building in light of recent events."

However it seems like this news has yet to really affect the actress. Yesterday she talked to TMZ about her most recent nose job. "I have no bandage on. It's healing on it's own like my doctor asked," she said. "I'm getting one more in 3 weeks, they are short amazing surgeries done while I'm awake but under general anesthesia. It's almost perfect."

Seemingly obsessed with her looks, this is not the first and probably not the last time we have heard about her cosmetic surgery.

Bynes' attorney, Richard Hutton, recently revealed that he believes his client to be "fine." He does not represent her in New York state, but does in other cases. He recently said, "The New York case doesn't seem like much of a case, really. I mean, come on. Even if you believe everything you hear, it's something that amounts to virtually nothing. And it's my understanding there's not much evidence to back that case up. There's no physical evidence to back it up. I understand there's no marijuana, no pipe."

On her state of mind, he said, "I think Amanda's fine. I have no problems with her whatsoever. She's a fine client. Every time I've talked to her, I've had nice, attorney-client normal relations with her."
