Arguably one of biggest hip-hop concert events on the East Coast HOT 97's Summer Jam went down Sunday night at the Met Life Center in New Jersey. Celebrating 20 years of the ultimate hip-hop experience, New York's Hot 97.1 pulled no stops with an all-star line up featuring some of the household names in hip hop and R&B. French Montana, Kendrick Lamar, the whole TDE crew, 2 Chainz, Asap Rocky, Chris Brown, Miguel, and more, shut down the stage last night and just in case you missed (like us) we have a recap of some of the hottest performances of the night.
Miguel brought out hot mom, Mariah Carey in white hot pants paired with a white tied up shirt and green bra to perform their summer anthem, "Beautiful."
Kendrick Lamar took the stage with his TDE Fam, to give a killer performace, featuring a medley of "good kidd M.A.D.D city" hits and more.
As promised 2 Chainz performed his new single, "Feds Watching," off his fourth coming album.
Chainz brought out surprise guest Nicki Minaj for "Love Them Strippers."
French Montana brought out his boys Rick Ross and Lil Wayne for my predicted performance of "Pop That."
Marking 20 years of Summer Jam and the 20th anniversary of Wu-Tang Clan it was only right, that the iconic hip-hop group performed at Summer Jam XX.
