The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star, Kim Zolciak is pregnant with second her fifth child and Kroy Biermann's third child.

About nine months after giving birth to her son "Kash," the 35-year-old has been confirmed by multiple sources that the reality star has a baby bump showing and enjoys it, according to Us Weekly, "Kim loves being pregnant," one source says this time around she doesn't want a boy, "She really wants a little girl."

The source added, "Brielle and Ariana are older now, and Kroy wants a girl of his own."

Almost threes years into their marriage, Kroy and Kim are wasting no time expanding their family, "He sleeps 12 hours and wakes up smiling!" she said at a Bravo event promoting her "Don't Be Tardy" show, "Kash is like the sweetest perfect child on the planet."

The happy mother told her fans that she still wanted more children, "We're not done," she teased Us. "I think we'll have one more. We'll see. When people [used to tell me] they had four kids, I'd be like, 'Four kids! Whoa!' And now that's me. Who would've thought?"

Kim has always portrayed herself as a laid back mother, but could she jeopardizing her children's health? During a holiday vacation, the alleged pregnant mother was caught smoking on the beach with her other two small children near by rocking a tight black tank top revealing her baby bump.

According to Hollywoodlife, sources close to the cast of the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" are happy for the reality mom, "All the girls out here are happy for Kim and Kroy and wish her well on this now her fifth child!" the insider reveals. "If they're happy we're all happy for them!"
