Amanda Bynes Hip-Hop Star? [PHOTOS]: Former Nickelodeon Star Turned Tacky Tweeter Recording New Music and Prepping For Tour? Deal With Chinga Chang Records?

Amanda Bynes is at it again. The former Nickelodeon star and retired actress is allegedly trying to get into the music business, even after her infamous Twitter tirades have targeted Rihanna, Drake, and other big names in the biz.

Bynes has hinted at becoming the next hip-hop star for some time now and according to Perez Hilton, her dreams may become a reality thanks to Daniel Herman of Chinga Chang records.

Bynes appears to be confident in her artistry as she tweeted to fans Wednesday:

I'm so looking forward to recording my album and going on tour! I can't wait to see you all at my concerts!

Bynes has become more known for her Twitter outbursts than for her acting. Her most recent celebrity Twitter attack was directed at Miley Cyrus. Bynes posted a message stating that Miley's rumored on again/off again fiance is ""most gorgeous man on the face of the earth." Bynes then attacked Miley in a similar fashion to the way she targeted Rihanna, posting nasty tweets claiming both stars when simply "ugly."

Maybe Bynes is jealous of Miley who is seven years her junior.  According to In Touch Weekly, Bynes isn't just daydreaming - the two screen stars do actually have a romantic past. The 27-year-old aspiring singer and Hemsworth, 23, were involved in 2009.
