"We Can't Stop" singer Miley Cyrus confirmed earlier today that her engagement to actor Liam Hemsworth is indeed still on despite countless rumors about them splitting up. The confirmation came during her phone interview on HOT 99.5 in Washington, D.C., when the hosts asked the 20-year-old if the rumors about her and fellow pop star Justin Bieber flirting were true. Cyrus responded, "I'm engaged! I'm engaged. That is impossible." So it looks like the wedding is still on for the Last Song co-stars and lovebirds. Miley even responded to the recent Amanda Bynes Twitter drama as well!
Earlier today, Amanda Bynes called Miley "ugly" on Twitter, with a picture of the singer included in the post. When HOT 99.5 asked her about this situation, Miley simply said, "I think it's all so sad that I don't want to add any fuel to that fire."
The singer has apparently been ignoring the meltdown of the former "All That" actress, and it looks like she will continue to do so as well.
Rumors concerning Liam and Miley splitting up have been making the rounds ever since earlier this year. Both of them were spotted with someone of the opposite sex, Miley did not wear her engagement ring, and Liam was showing up to events alone ... pretty much everything that looked like there could be "trouble in paradise" made headlines. But as Miley confirmed, they are still engaged and will perhaps be married soon!
Mstarz recently reported on the rumors of Justin Bieber "hardcore flirting" during a recent night out in Los Angeles. Cyrus clearly denied this story, but here is an excerpt from a previous article:

Bieber didn't show his face until about 1:50 a.m. and he allegedly headed straight towards Cyrus' private table once we entered the club. Fellow partiers witnessed the two 'laughing and flirting' before leaving the venue at around 2 a.m. It remains unknown where the ended up afterwards."
