Blink 182 risked their disfunctional reputation by selling merchandise and other rare items at auction in an effort to help those who were effected by the tornado in Oklahoma City about a month ago. They had merchandise from their new album, they had rare items that were sold on there as well. We are still waiting to hear about how much money they were able to raise for the cause, but they are joining a multitude of people and celebrities across the nation and across all genres of music in their effort to help out.

Of the auction items included an autographed bass which was a fender, Mark Hoppus signed his shoes and put them up for auction, also a one of a kind hand painted bunny that the band all painted together. All of these items were expected to sell high, especially through the heavy philanthropy in light of the recent tragedy.

They still have a lot of merchandise that is up for grabs on their website, you can take a look at that right here. The band's next concert will be in Chicago, Illinois, and they are getting pumped about the line up that they have available for that:

Once the word about the amount raised is given, we will be sure to let you know so stay tuned.
