Justin Bieber has yet again been a part of an incident involving a photographer and his white Ferrari. Los Angeles police interviewed the 19-year-old international heartthrob concerning a possible hit and run incident that happened outside of the Laugh Factory on Monday night. According to TMZ, the Biebs was leaving the comedy club with friend Lil Twist and was surrounded by photographers. So when he was pulling his car out, one paparazzo got pinned between Justin's car and another vehicle.
After the initial investigation, officers found that no crime had been committed and a hit and run was ruled out. According to the LAPD's Lt. Craig Valenzuela, the photographer who was pinned between the two cars had sustained minor injuries that were not life threatening. So Justin Bieber is off the hook for what would have been another car-related charge.
This news comes right on the tails of last month's controversy with Justin's Ferrari being the subject speeding complaints in the singer's private Southern California community. Bieber's neighbors complained about the white Ferrari reaching excessive speeds in the gated community, but it turns out rapper Tyler, The Creator was the one behind the wheel.
In July of 2012, Justin was involved in a high-speed chase with paparazzi on Los Angeles freeway. Also, in November of last year he was pulled over and cited for making an unsafe left turn and having an expired registration.
Most notably, the same Ferrari was involved in a fatal incident on New Year's Day this year when a photographer was struck by another car while crossing a busy street. This photographer was attempting to snap a picture of Justin, who turned out to not even be present at the time.
