Food Network Chef and lard connesuier Paula Deen has been hit with a lawsuit by the former GM of her Savannah restuarant alleging that the celebrity soul food cook used racist language. Now, The National Enquirer purports to have shocking details from Deen's 3-hour deposition. The mag reports that Deen said 'of course' she uses the N-word while testifying.

According to Gawker, Deen said "Yes, of course" when questioned if she uses slurs in the workplace.

The rant from Deen also included a tirade on racist jokes and the inspiration for her brother's wedding (which was to be plantation-themed, complete with slaves):

"It's just what they are - they're jokes...most jokes are about Jewish people, rednecks, black folks...I can't determine what offends another person," Deen allegedly said.

"The whole entire waiter staff was middle-aged black men, and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie, I mean, it was really impressive," she reportedly said. "That restaurant represented a certain era in America...after the Civil War, during the Civil War, before the Civil War...It was not only black men, it was black women...I would say they were slaves."

The lawsuit actually stems from a claim that Deen told the former restaurant GM that she wanted a gaggle of soft-shoeing "little n***ers" for her brother's wedding. So, if the claim is true, to hear Deen talk like this might not be far off.

Full quote from the suit:

"Well what I would really like is a bunch of little n***ers to wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties, you know in the Shirley Temple days, they used to tap dance around. Now, that would be a true Southern wedding wouldn't it? But we can't do that because the media would be on me about that."
