Louis Tomlinson's Girlfriend Eleanor Calder, Twitter [PHOTOS]: One Direction Member's Mother Says Couple Hasn't Split, 'As Strong As Ever'

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson has been dating model Eleanor Calder for quite some time now, but recent rumors suggest that the two have split. Tomlinson's girlfriend has not been seen too often on this leg of the One Direction "Take Me Home" tour, so people have been wondering if the young couple had called it quits. Well luckily Louis' mom, Johanna, has a Twitter account and she recently used it to clear up all of these rumors. Most fans are happy to hear that Eleanor and Louis are still together, but of course there are a few people out there that want them to break up.

After some fans asked Johannna about Louis and Eleanor's relationship coming to and end, the One Direction mother replied "No way! As strong as ever," with two heart symbols added to the end of the tweet for added effect.

Eleanor joined One Direction on their  "Up All Night" tour last year when it came to America. She was present for their concerts in New Jersey, New York, Ontario (Canada), Michigan and Illinois. These dates ran from May 25 to June 3 of 2012, so when she did not accompany Louis on the current "Take Me Home" tour, the rumors began to spread of a split.

Tomlinson and Calder to each other in September of 2011 by Harry Styles' friend, though Louis coincidentally already knew Eleanor's cousin, Emily. They hit it off and have been exclusive for about 19 months now.  

For a time Eleanor worked as a floor model for Hollister but is currently studying at the University of Manchester. People close to Louis and Eleanor have described her as a "female version of Louis," and some have said that she could pass for his sister if they weren't dating.
