The Voice 2013: Season 4 Winner Danielle Bradbery Talks Scotty McCreery Controversy, Blake Shelton Duet, More [VIDEO]

Sixteen-year-old Danielle Bradbery from Cypress, Texas won Season 4 of NBC's "The Voice" thanks to her country crooning and the experience and mentoring of her coach, Blake Shelton.

Bradbery conducted the following video interview with TVLine's Michael Slezak to discuss, among other things, the controversy surrounding her appearance at a Scotty McCreery concert (Bradbery said she had no experience singing in public and the McCreery concert seemed to contradict that, but she sang before the "American Idol" Season 10 winner after she had already done the Blind Auditions on "The Voice."), her love song duet with Blake Shelton and her greatest performances from Season 4.

On Scotty McCreery controversy:

"I kind of got the feel of being in front of people and four famous people so I mean it was kind of getting on that side where 'Okay, I just need to keep going getting used to this stuff.' And my stepdad, he puts up these festivals that...he tries to squeeze me in between the acts. And I necessarily didn't open up for Scotty. There was somebody before him and after me. But I sang maybe one or two songs and people were walking around. Some people were standing there, mainly my family...I stood in one spot, didn't really move around. So it was nothing too exciting, so I didn't really have experience."

On her love song duet ("Timber, I'm Falling in Love") with Blake Shelton in the finals:

"We're looking at each other. It's a love song and I tried to get in the back of my mind, 'Well, I'll just make it as okay, hey dad,' or something like that, like a father perspective. It was kind of awkward at moments but I tried to make it not as awkward as possible."
